Travel Arcade Holidays is an excellent option if you want to tailor-make your holiday. We gave a broad outline of the sort of holiday we wanted and the places we wanted to visit, and then spent a few enjoyable weeks exchanging emails fine tuning the itinerary. The final result was great fun and exactly what we wanted.

We greatly enjoyed the recent holiday which you arranged for us in Sri Lanka. We felt that we were getting a very personal service from start to finish. Our queries were answered immediately and we were guided effortlessly through the administration and visa process. Our chauffeur/guide, Chanaka, was good company and attentive and thoroughly reliable throughout our stay. The standard of the various hotels in which we stayed was excellent. The cost of our tour was very competitive when compared with the quotation we obtained from another company we approached and we felt that we got really good value for money. Sri Lanka is a beautiful country full of art and history. We would happily recommend Travel Arcade Holidays to any friends planning to visit there.

My family had a terrific holiday in Sri Lanka that began at the end of December and spanned over the new year. We did a southern circuit tour, from Colombo to Kandy, Nuwara Eliya, Tissamaharama (Yala National Park), Galle and finally ending in Colombo. We were charmed by the beauty of Sri Lanka, especially of the country’s picturesque tea plantations and botanic gardens, and absolutely delighted with Travel Arcade’s conduct of our holiday. Our travel itinerary had incorporated specific areas we wanted to visit to provide a comprehensive package that was fun and relaxing; more importantly, the travel agency had made considerable effort to liaise with us to ensure the itinerary met our needs. We had an excellent tour guide with us – his hospitality and concern for the well being of my elderly parents was reassuring. Throughout the tour, our tour guide had watched out for our safety and provided very valuable advice on the culture of the country. In addition, Travel Arcade and followed our tour progress very closely to make certain we did not encounter any difficulties. This meant a lot, especially since I was travelling with my family. It was a great experience and a memorable holiday! I’ll certainly be returning again.
